Palm oil refining steps:
The typical steps in the palm oil refining line includes Degumming section, Neutralizing section, Decolorization/ Bleaching section, Deodorizing section.
50-1000tpd continuous palm oil refining machine is used for removing the harmful impurities in the crude palm oil , it can effectively improve palm oil quality. 50-1000tpd continuous palm oil refining machine can be used for refining various kinds crude vegetable oil,such as sunflower seed oil, soybean seed oil, groundnut oil, cottonseed oil, rice bran oil, corn germ oil and palm oil, etc.There are more and more customers interest in this continuous palm oil refining machine.
Operation process of 50-1000tpd continuous palm oil refining machine:
(1)pump crude palm oil into refining tank and heat with conduction oil, and the temperature will reach about 70°C-80°C after one hour.
Add acid or alkali to separate according to the acid value. After one hour’s processing and 4-6hours deposit, then convey soap stock to storage tank.
(2)Pump refined palm oil into de-coloring tank. When it is up to 90-110°C after one hour’s heating, add clay into tank for 20min’s processing. Then separate clay and oil with filter.
(3)Put discolored palm oil into deodorization tank with vacuum pump. Heat and process with steam for odor removal. After filtering, you will get final oil product.
